This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
